Begin to develop a regular practice to look after and manage your energy or add to and develop your current practice. Quick and easy methods and tools are shared for: grounding, cleansing and aligning of your energy centers; balancing and maintaining your energy field and learning how to stay centred and in alignment more easily.
This class provides a safe and strong foundation for developing your spiritual intuition, abilities and gifts as best practice for undertaking any spiritual/ intuitive/psychic development classes or opening up to higher energies. This will enable you to develop a regular spiritual practice and to progress more easily and steadily on your spiritual path.
